Patient Complaint Form

The procedures followed by the Center for Preventive Paediatrics “Americos Argyriou” regarding the protection of patients’ rights are fully aligned with the provisions of the “Patients’ Rights Safeguarding and Protection Law of 2004 (1(I)/2005).”

If you wish to submit any complaint concerning the services of the Americos Argyriou Preventive Paediatrics Centre, or if you are concerned about any possible breach of the professional Code of Ethics or any other regulation, please register your complaint in the fields below. If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the form, you may send a relevant email to complaints@cpp.org.cy, clearly stating your identification details (full name, contact telephone number, details of the person on whose behalf the complaint is made, and the department against which the complaint is being submitted).

The officer responsible for complaint management at the Center for Preventive Paediatrics “Americos Argyriou” is Ms. Andria Laou, who will contact you within two working days from the date the complaint is received.

All complaints will be handled with care, ensuring that all parties are treated fairly and equally, and they will be communicated to the Office of the Patient Ombudsman in accordance with the relevant legislation. Anonymous complaints will not be examined.
