Board and Institutional Framework
The Center for Preventive Pediatrics "Americos Argyriou" is a charity organization (reg. no 721), based in Limassol, Cyprus. Εstablished in 1988, the Center is governed by an 11-membered board who offer their time and services voluntarily.
The board is comprised of members who also serve on the Theotokos Foundation’s board, the current Presidents of the Cyprus Pediatric Society and the Pancyprian Gynecological & Obstetric Society and others of varied professional backgrounds.
The 2024 Annual General Meeting hosted the elections for the new Board of Directors to serve over the next 3 years and gave the following board structure:
